student housing neighborhoods on the Lexington, KY campus. Each
University of Kentucky housing neighborhood is surrounded by and
is part of the city of Lexington, KY
and many rental properties for students, faculty and staff
are available in each neighborhood. |
- North
- located in the areas around South Limestone, Euclid Ave.,
Cheapside
and Rupp Arena in downtown Lexington, KY this neighborhood has
many student apartments, student houses, and other rental
properties as well as dining and entertainment locations.
This area has easy access to the
transportation and is close to student and faculty
facilities on the main campus. Cheap, inexpensive
student apartments are available.

- Central
- almost like living on campus, this neighborhood surrounds
the center of the UK campus with easy walking distance to
classes, on-campus entertainment, the William T. Young
Library, Singletary Center for the Arts, UK hospital and the
Kentucky Clinic. Look for studio apartments, duplexes,
fourplexes
and other multi-student homes available in this area.

- living on the south side offers easy access to shopping,
dining and entertainment while remaining in close proximity
to the main campus. Easily walk to class or back onto
campus for sports or other events. Private homes for
rent, apartments for rent and apartment communities are
available.
